EyeQ Optometrists is a spacious boutique practice situated on beautiful Rokeby Road, right in the heart of the main Subiaco shopping precinct. We have been looking after the eyecare needs of the Subiaco and Inner Western Suburbs community since the early nineties. Our enthusiastic optometrists, Tracey Rickman and Adelle Kloester, and our staff of experienced optical dispensers and assistants look forward to welcoming you to the practice.
At EyeQ Optometrists Subiaco our philosophy is to continually strive to provide the best available eye care and visual solutions for our valued patients, and we do this by regularly undertaking training in the latest eyecare management protocols and innovative optical products that come to market.
Tracey graduated from UNSW with first class honours and has been caring for patients at our Subiaco practice since 2012. She is qualified as an Ophthalmic Medicines Prescriber which means she is able to provide treatment for many common eye conditions. Tracey has always had a particular interest in contact lenses, and after becoming a mother in recent years, has developed a passion for myopia control in children, including Orthokeratology.
Adelle has recently moved to Perth from Melbourne and is keen to explore her new city and community she now calls home. With a Masters of Optometry under her belt, her interests include Myopia Control and Ocular Diseases. Outside of work, Adelle enjoys baking, pilates and travelling the world.
At EyeQ Optometrists Subiaco we offer comprehensive testing. We are fortunate to be able to provide our patients with leading technology that can allow early detection of many eye diseases like Glaucoma, Cataracts, and Macular Degneration.
At your eye examination we are able to offer additional services including:
Digital Retinal Imaging: To detect eye health issues of your retina, optic nerve, and blood vessels
OCT imaging: To detect and monitor macular degeneration, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy
Corneal Topgraphy: To diagnose keratoconus, or used for complex contact lens fittings
Corneal Pachymetry: To help determine glaucoma risk, or pre-/post-LASIK screening
Visual field testing: To help detect and monitor glaucoma
We offer a unique and extensive range of boutique and high fashion frames and sunglasses. Some of our brands we offer in-store include Gucci, Missoni, Carolina Herrera, Face a Face, Coco Song, Salvatore Ferragamo, Kate Spade, Police, Maui Jim, Ray Ban and Nike.
For our smaller clientele, we also stock practical frames recommended by local Paediatric Ophthalmologists for babies and young children including flexible Solo Bambini and Tomato Frames.

We accept all health funds and offer Afterpay to help spread the cost of your new eyewear.
Our contact lens provider Alcon is experiencing delays fulfilling orders due to a cyber-security incident involving their freight partner, Toll Group.
