Melinda graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Optometry in 2007 and received her Graduate Certificate in Ocular Therapeutics in 2017. Melinda has practised throughout regional Australia and extensively on the Central Coast and the Hornsby District over the past 15 years. Her areas of interest include contact lens fitting and the early detection of eye disease. She also enjoys keeping up to date with the latest developments in myopia control. Melinda can speak fluent French and enjoys living in Sydney with her young family.
We take great care to provide thorough eye examinations, and are proud to be able to offer our patients the latest in testing technology. This technology includes Optical Coherence Tomography (Cirrus OCTA), Ultra-wide Retinal Imaging (Optos), Computerised Visual Field Testing (Zeiss Humphrey HFA3), Ultrasonic Pachymetry, Corneal Topography (Medmont), Autorefractor/Keratometer/Tonometer. We also offer a range of services including orthokeratology, colour vision, children’s vision and give advice regarding children’s learning difficulties.
Our team enjoy developing long term trusting relationships with our patients and as a result have cared for multiple generations of families over the years. Many patients return to see us for their comprehensive eyecare, even if they have moved to regional Australia or overseas. It is a privilege to be entrusted with looking after their eye sight and health.
